Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Sunday January 24, 2021.  Shirley Palmer, beloved wife of the late Brian Palmer and the late Alan Hare, was in her 93rd year.
Loving mother of Cathryn Hare (Bill Adams), Stephen Hare (Pat) and the late Susan Hare.
Step-mother of Jacqueline Palmer.
Proud grandmother of Alan (Jena), Meghan (Ray), Kevin (Claire) and Shannon (Mark).
Great grandmother of Abigail, Jeremy, Justin, Aiden, Cameron, Liam, Violet, Evelyn and the late Angela.
Shirley will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family service will be conducted with interment later in Spring Creek Cemetery in Mississauga.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls.
If desired, memorial donations to the Parish of the Good Shepherd or a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
