Of Emsdale and formerly of Oakville

Suddenly at her home on Friday October 8, 2021.  Mary Anne Burroughsford, beloved wife of Bruce, was in her 69th year.
Dear mother of Patricia Anne Bennett (Darryl) and Brenda Lee Burroughsford (Patrick).
Proud grandmother of Ella, Jake and Owen.
Mary Anne is predeceased by her parents Marion and Gordon Donaldson, survived by her brother Wayne Donaldson (Mary Ellen). She is known for her fierce love of her family, especially her three grandchildren; her unwavering devotion to the Toronto Blue Jays; and an infectious laugh that could be heard for miles around.  Mary Anne will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all her friends and family.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Saturday October 23, 2021, from 12 to 1 pm.  A service to celebrate Mary Anne’s life will follow in the chapel commencing at 1:00 pm with Reverend Penny Brandt officiating.
If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
