MRS. LEONA MARIE DUPUIS
(nee McIndoo) of Burk’s Falls

Peacefully at Nipissing Manor in Corbeil in Saturday October 9, 2021.  Leona, beloved wife of the late Paul, was in her 90th year.
Dear mother of Connie Hughes (Jim), Lorraine Gillett (Morris), Judy Dobbs (Miles) and Terry Dupuis (Jill).
Proud grandmother of Rob (Sylvia), Chris (Julie), Robyn (Scott), Trevor, Kyle (Karen), Evan (Jenna) and many great grandchildren.
Leona is survived by her sisters: Shirley Hewitt (Vern) and June Simpson (Late Rick) and predeceased by her brothers Gib and Roger McIndoo.
She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Tuesday October 12, 2021, from 6 to 8 pm.  A service to celebrate Leona’s life will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 pm on Wednesday October 13, 2021, with Reverend Penny Brandt officiating.
Interment in the Burks Falls Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
