Peacefully with her sons at her side at Hospice Huntsville on Wednesday February 24, 2021 in her 85th year.
Jean Minor (nee Stirling), beloved wife of the late Laurie Minor.
Loving mom of David (Karen) and Kevin (Tera).
Proud nana of Jeffrey (Alicia), Trisha Morgan (Dan) and great-nana of Keira, Lucy, Benjamin and Hannah.
Cherished sister of June Irwin, Gord Stirling (Billie) and sister-in-law of Marilyn Stirling.
Predeceased by sisters: Norma Smythe, Betty Brick and brothers: Russell and John Stirling.
Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A private family service to celebrate the life of the late Jean Minor will be held at Zion United Church in Sundridge with Reverend Sandra Jenkinson officiating.
A public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Spring interment at Siloam Cemetery in Machar Township.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Huntsville would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
