Eugene Preston, beloved husband of 68 years of Edna Preston (nee McNalty).
Dear father of David Preston (Gail), Donna van der Valk (Peter) and Christine Bainbridge.
Loving grandpa of Sean Preston, Andrea Dykman (Brad), Carlin Foran (Brandon), Brett Preston (Lisa), Jason van der Valk (Seana), Ben van der Valk, Simon van der Valk, Alysha van der Valk (Anthony), Sandra Zrichuk (Terry), Tabitha Anderson (Elvis), Joshua Bainbridge and great grandpa of Gabriel, Kieran, Kassandra, Arya, Kinley, Amelia, Alsja, Aaron, Brody and the late Taylor.
Cherished brother of Clare Preston (late Elsie), June Kent (late Lewis), Alex Preston (Shirley), Clark Preston (Donna); brother-in-law of Edith Preston and Barbara Preston.
Predeceased by brothers Grant Preston, Don Preston (late Margaret) and Fred Preston.
Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Family will receive visitors at the Sundridge Church of Christ on Highway 124 in Sundridge on Saturday March 5, 2016 from 1-2 P.M.
A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Eugene Preston will follow in the church at 2:00 P.M. with Mr. Chris Nicholson officiating.
Spring interment at the Strong Cemetery in Sundridge.
If desired, memorial donations to the Great Lakes Christian College would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
