Edith Irene Preston (nee Vail)

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, April 11, 2022, she was in her 91st year.

Beloved wife of the late Grant Preston.

Cherished mother of Donald Preston (Midori), Marilyn Boden (Neil), Karen Bernas (Dean), Robert Preston (Maria Cox) and Carla Boyer (Brian).

Proud grandmother of Luke Preston (Cindy), Alisha Knutson (Ian), Chad Preston (Samantha Gibson), Chelsea Bernas (Dan Porter), Cory Bernas, Bill Preston, Justus Harmer and great-grandmother of Tremayne, Charlie, Joanie and Preston.

She is predeceased by her brother and sister in law William Vail (Joyce).   Edith will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at the Sundridge Church of Christ on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon. The service can be viewed live stream on youtube at Sunridge Church of Christ tagged Edith Preston Celebration of Life. Family & friends are invited to a light luncheon immediately following the service.

If desired, donations to Sundridge Church of Christ would be gratefully acknowledged as expression of sympathy.
