Peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones at home on Thursday October 2, 2025.

Tom Boyes, beloved husband of Lisa Farnsworth and the late Kelly Boyes was in his 67th year.

Loving father of Erin (Jason), Stephen, Ted (Jessica), and Laura (Chris).

Proud grandfather of Hunter, Lincoln, JJ and Emmett.

Dear brother of Doug (Penny) and predeceased by his parents Ted and Eva Boyes.

Tom will be remembered by all who knew him. He was a proud business owner, an avid gardener, fisherman and hunter; for Tom family came first, and he was determined to live life to the fullest. He especially loved his Boston Terriers, Skipper, his precious boy will miss him.

The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Wednesday October 8 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm.

A service to celebrate Tom’s life will be conducted in the Burk’s Falls United Church, 135 Yonge Street in Burk’s Falls commencing at 11am on Thursday October 9, 2025 with Doreen Mason DLM officiating.

Interment in the Burk’s Falls Cemetery will follow.

If desired, memorial donations to the Burk’s Falls Agricultural Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
