Terry Jeffery

With heavy hearts we share the passing of Terry at his home on Friday February 27, 2026. Terry was in his 69th year.

Dear father of Vanessa (Craig), Melanie (Kevin) and Chad (Cherie).

Proud grandfather of Jesse, Logan, Brooklyn, Kaylee, Kaitlynn, Kayden, Evan, Logan and Brody.

Terry is survived by his brothers Dave (Janet) and Tim, predeceased by his siblings Sandra (Gary) and Art (Marg), parents Leslie and Betty Jeffery and will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Raised on Lake Cecebe, Terry carried the strength and quiet beauty of the North with him throughout his life. A long-time carpenter, he was a highly skilled craftsman with a deep passion for woodworking. He took pride in his work, creating with his hands and leaving behind pieces that reflect both his talent and dedication.

Terry faced many personal challenges over the years. While those struggles were not always visible, they were deeply felt. We take comfort in knowing he is now at peace after years of carrying burdens that were often heavy. He will be remembered for his skill, his resilience, and the life he lived in his own way.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.

The family is hosting a celebration of Terry's life on Monday March 23rd 2026 from 1 to 4pm at the Young at Heart Seniors Club, 39 Copeland Street in Burk's Falls (above the library).

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel in Burk’s Falls.
