Ronald Frank Smith

Peacefully at Cassellholme in North Bay on Tuesday August 8, 2023. Ron, beloved husband of the late Edith Elaine Smith, was in his 87th year. Dear father of Doug Smith (Kim) and Tanya Gordon (Doug). Proud grandfather of Michael and Steven Smith and Sarah Gordon. Great grandfather of Kayla, Lyla, and Zoey Smith. Ron was the youngest of 11 children and most have predeceased him. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel in Sundridge. Interment will take place at Bow's Cemetery on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
