MRS. RITA RUSSELL of Burk's Falls (nee Page) Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Friday April 17, 2015. Mrs. Rita Russell, beloved wife of the late Charles A. Russell, was in her 76th year. Dear mother of Doug (Elizabeth), April (Mike), Brenda (Rob), Donna (Dan), Terry (Joyce) and Lois (Stan). Proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Rita will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday April 20, 2015 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Russell will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 21, 2015 with Reverend Rick Callery officiating. Spring interment in Knox United Church Cemetery in Kearney. If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
