Reta Louise Van Duzen

Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Algonquin Grace Hospice on Sunday, October 10, 2022, she was 84 years old.  Loving wife of the late Wilf Van Duzen.  Cherished mother of Alice Evangelista (Howard Gracie), Carol Van Duzen (George “Butch” Hellam), Shirley Levesque, Bill Van Duzen (Christine Symons), Roy Van Duzen (Carolyn Khoo) and predeceased by her son James Van Duzen.  Beloved grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Sadly missed by her sister Velma Barker and Reta is predeceased by her other siblings.

Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home Dempster Chapel on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 1-3 pm & 6-8 pm.  Funeral service will be held at Opatovsky Funeral Home Dempster Chapel on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11:00 am.  Burial will take place at Chetwynd Cemetery following the service.
