Raymond Keith McLaren

Peacefully Graduated to Glory surrounded by family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, he was in his 85th year. Beloved husband, friend and lover for the last 58 year of Betty McLaren (nee Parkes). Cherished father of Cindy (Gerry), Jeff (Kathy), Kim (Remi) and Jennifer (Allan). Proud grandfather of Chantler (Cory), Mackenzie, Ashley, Justin (Kayla), Harmony, Aiden, Kayla (Jeremy), Vanessa (Micah), Nathan, Shianne, Gabrielle (Greg), Logan, Trent, Zack and great-grandfather of Blaze, Phoenix, Holden, Maeve, Selah, Rachel, Ben, with more blessings on the way. He is Survived by brother Archie (Marg) and sister-in-law Sandy and Jan. Predeceased by sisters Ida, Ethel, Erma, Helen, Eve and brothers, Alvin, Vernon, Wilbert, Ken and Wayne.

Family will receive friends at Almaguin Missionary Church on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel. If desired, donations to the Almaguin Missionary Church or Youth Unlimited/YFC Highlands would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
