Pauline Marie Korber

Passed away peacefully with the love of her life by her side on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the Huntsville Hospital, she was in her 80th year. Beloved wife for 60 years to Gerhard “Gerry” Körber of South River, ON. Cherished mother of Paul Körber (Mary) of Hamilton, ON and Anne-Marie Height (Richard) of Mississauga, ON. Proud grandmother of Simona Körber (fiancé Jonathan), Erik Körber and Morgan Height. Sadly missed by her siblings Guy Lefèbvre (Darlene) of Edmonton, AB, Pierre Lefèbvre of Hearst, ON, her sister-in-law Rita Lefèbvre of Grand Prairie, AB and sister-in-law Inge Fleet (née Körber) of Nanaimo, BC and her cherished nieces and nephews. Pauline is predeceased by her parents Paul Emil Lefèbvre & Germaine (née St. Germain) both from Moonbeam, ON, her brother Simon Lefèbvre of Grande Prairie, AB her sisters Lucette Hachez of Kapuskasing, ON, Pierrette Chartrand of Hearst, ON, and Linda Lachance.

Cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium. A memorial service will be held Zion United Church on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel from 2:00-3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
