Proud grandma of Steve, Joe, Amanda and great grandma of Tyler.
Cherished sister of Jo-Anne Elliott and sister-in-law of Tammy Crane.
Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held on Saturday July 6, 2019 from 1-4 P.M. at the Sundridge-Strong-Joly Arena, 14 Albert Street North in Sundridge..
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge.
