MRS. NYLA NOREM MAURER Of Sundridge Suddenly passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday January 11, 2012 in her 82nd year. Nyla Maurer, beloved wife of the late Richard Launt Maurer and the late Ben Mathieson. Loving mother of Sherry Case Maurer (Mike Lawrence) of Rock Island, Illinois, the late Neil Launt Maurer, Nina Norem Maurer (Scott Landis) of South Berwick, Maine and Wendy Marie Stephenson (John) of Sundridge. Cherished grandmother of Summer Lawrence, Noah Landis, Shawn and Stephanie Graham. Dear sister of Mary Bindner of Littleton, Colorado. Mother-in-law of Joanne Hallarn of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Arrangements for the late Mrs. Nyla Maurer are being handled privately with the family and have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge.
