MRS. MYRTLE GERTRUDE ROWNTREE Of Burks Falls Peacefully at Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga on Thursday January 12, 2012. Mrs. Myrtle Rowntree, beloved wife of Frank Edward Rowntree for 65 years, was in her 88th year. Loved mother of Bob (Jan) and Jean (late Rob). Loving grandmother of Alisha, Jake, Kyla, Jared, Arron and the late Sara. Dearest great grandmother of Taylor, Julia, Connor, Brooke, Ava, Nathen and Mary-Anne. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Myrtle Rowntree will be conducted in the chapel of the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 17, 2012. The family will receive visitors in the chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Maureen Ellison of the Burk's Falls United Church officiating. Spring interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery.
