MARIE BONAZZA (nee Scrivo) Marie died peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Thursday July 21, 2016. Marie, beloved wife of the late Walter Bonazza, was in her 91st year. Dear mother of Gloria, Tony, Diane, Stella, Bruno, Mike (Janis) and Rosemary (deceased). Proud grandmother of Kristen, Paul and Stephanie. She was devoted to her Catholic faith and her family was her life. We will miss her greatly. Marie will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street, Burk's Falls on Sunday July 24, 2016 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home Sunday evening at 6 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Kearney commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Monday July 25, 2016 with Father Theodore Nnorom officiating. Interment in St. Patrick's Parish Cemetery, Kearney. If desired, memorial donations to the St. Patrick's Restoration Fund would be sincerely appreciated.
