Margaret Ellen Leggett

Margaret Ellen Leggett passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Milton, and her son, Mike, Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her son Milt (Wendy), daughter Maureen, grandchildren Melanie (Corey), Cameron (Allyson), Jessie (Andy), and Christopher (Nicole), and her 12 great-grandchildren.

Margaret loved spending time in her garden, tending to her flowers and taking pride in watching them grow. She also had a special love for roosters, and her collection became a much-loved part of her home.

She enjoyed line dancing and country music, and she enjoyed the time she spent with her family.

We find comfort in knowing that Margaret is now peacefully reunited with her husband, Milt, and her son, Mike, who she missed dearly.

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Eastholme, 2 North, for the kindness and care they gave Margaret.

A graveside service will be held in Burk’s Falls on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Margaret will be dearly missed and forever loved by her family.
