MR. JOHN JAMES WILSON Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care in Parry Sound on Sunday January 13, 2013. Mr. John Wilson, beloved husband of Gloria Wilson (nee Thompson) was in his 84th year. Dear father of Pam White (Rick) and John Wilson (Susan). Proud grandfather of Michelle (Neil), Shannon, Bryan, Brad, Stephanie and Samantha. John is survived by his sister Gwen Murdy (Deane) and will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Saturday January 19, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A private family service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Wilson will be conducted at a later date. Spring interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Lakeland Long Term Care in care of the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
