Peacefully at her home in Burk's Falls on Thursday September 27, 2018. Joan Cubberley, beloved wife of the late Arthur Cubberley, was in her 92nd year.
Dear Mother of Neil and daughter-in-law Maureen.
Loving Grandmother of Mary Claire Cairns (Steve) and her Great-grandchildren Angus, Henry, and Evelyn.
Joan was predeceased by her four sisters Constance, Vera, Kathryn and Sheila.
She will be missed by her nieces and nephews: John Reeves (deceased) (Claire), Kathryn Harley Haynes (Ross), Rannock and Nicholas of Nova Scotia, Greg Marsh (Kelly) and Beatrix of Toronto, and by Gillian Elkington (Keith, deceased), Jacqueline Such and Laraine Bristlin, all of U.K., and by her great nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends
A reception in Joan's memory will be held on Sunday October 14, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Maureen and Neil's residence in Armour Township.
If desired, memorial donations to the Burk's Falls Public Library or the Huntsville Hospital Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
