MRS. JOAN ANDERSON of Sundridge Peacefully at Lady Isabelle in Trout Creek on Saturday December 6, 2014 in her 86th year. Joan Anderson (nee Hill), beloved wife of Keith Anderson. Dear mother of Stephen Anderson. Loving grandmother of Adam and Stephanie Anderson. Cherished sister of Dorothy MaGee (late Bruce), Colleen Stevenson (late Don), Myrna Watson (Jack) and predeceased by sisters: Marguerite Smith, Gertrude Varcoe (late Kenneth), Elizabeth Hill and brother James Hill (late Honor). Joan will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and will be fondly remembered by her many other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Monday December 8, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Joan Anderson will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday December 9, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
