Passed away peacefully at the Huntsville Hospice on Friday, September 13, 2024, she was in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Hooyenga. Cherished mother of Candy Niestroy (Peter). Proud grandmother of Katelyn. She will be sadly missed by extended family and friends.
Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Followed by the burial at Strong Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Sundridge Food Bank would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
