Howard Carmen White

Passed away at the Pines Long-Term Care in Bracebridge on Thursday, July 27, 2023, he was in his 98^th year.  Beloved husband of the late Maxine White (nee Campbell).  Cherished father of Larry White (Brenda) and Carol Layne (John).  Loving grandfather of Julie Votta (Elia) and Amy Layne (Josh Shortt) and great- grandfather of Nicholas, Matteo and Gabriella.  Sadly missed by his siblings Willard (Pam), Joyce Darling (John), Audrey Graham (late Wilf), Marie Hallett (late Lorne) and predeceased by his parents Ted & Ina (nee Wylie) White and brother Don White (Birdie).  Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

A memorial service will take place at Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.  Internment will take place at Teeterville Cemetery in the family plot at a later date.  If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
