Helen Elizabeth Neville

Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, June 29, 2026, she was in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Raymond Neville. Cherished mother of Pam Semore, Paula Carroll, Bev Tobin, Tina Tobin, Michael Tobin, John Tobin, Kim Neville and James Neville. Proud grandmother of many grandchildren. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Brendan (Kathleen) Kavanagh, Allen (Elaine) Kavanagh, Carl (Elizabeth) Kavanagh, Margaret (Phil) Dalton, Rose (predeceased Mike) Tobin, Debbie Greeley, sisters-in-law Helena, Carmel, Linda, Loretta. She will sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents John & Dora Kavanagh and her siblings Madonna (Gerald) Porter, Kevin Kavanagh, Jack Kavanagh, Hubert (Bev) Kavanagh, Bill Kavanagh, Philip Kavanagh and Andrew (Alice) Kavanagh.

Cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium. Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.

There will be visitation at the Corbett Funeral Home at 95 Dundas St. in Cambridge on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm followed by a funeral mass at St. Ambrose Catholic Church at 1:00 pm. A burial of cremated remains will take place in Newfoundland on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
