The family of Helen Louise Caldwell (nee Frost), former long time resident of Sundridge, beloved wife of Edward "Ted" Caldwell, sadly announce that mom passed away on July 17, 2023 at the Sault Ste. Marie Hospital.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter Alice, sons Bob (Carol), Peter (Elaine), her grandchildren Sarah (Mark), Brendan (Nettie), Ron (Shelley), Yvonne (Mike), her great grandchildren, Audry and Arnold. Also mourning her passing are her step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers George, Jack, Jim and sister Jean.

Family will receive friends at Opatovsky Funeral Home, Moore Chapel on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 1-3 and 6-8 pm. Funeral to take place at Almaguin Missionary Church in South River on July 27, 2023 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Strong Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Ontario or to Canadian Cancer Society gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
