Loving father of Shelley Marshall (Mike), David Schurer (Leah) and Eric Schurer (Karen).
Proud grandfather of Megan, Allison, Melanie, Wyatt, Paige and Malcolm.
Hein is survived by his twin brother William Schurer (Freida) and will always be remembered by his loving family.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Saturday March 23, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. with an opportunity to share memories at 3:00 p.m.
If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice or the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
