Gladys McKie

Peacefully at Muskoka Landing in Huntsville on Wednesday May 7, 2025. Gladys June McKie was in her 87th year.

Predeceased by her husband James (Jim) Irvin McKie (2011). Loving mother of the late Robert McKie (1963), Susan and Ray Bates, the late Linda McKie (1995), the late James (Jim) McKie (2022), and Thomas and Suzan McKie.

Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and their spouses, predeceased by Jamie Leigh McKie (1989). Great grandmother to many great grandchildren.

Dear loved sister of the late Pearl and Don Plastow, Pat and the late George Ferguson, Linda and Tom Beaudoin, Judy and Mark Wagner, Marcella and Dave Ward.

She will be dearly missed by all.

A private family graveside service will take place later. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel in Sundridge, Ontario.
