Passed away peacefully with loved ones by his side at Eastholme in Powassan on Friday, June 9, 2023, he was in his 86th year.  Beloved husband of Mary Kate Rogers (nee Jones).  Cherished father of Patrick (Emily), Ted (Devika) and Eric (Aaryn).  Proud grandfather of Mac, Jack, Annie and Audrey.  Sadly missed by his sister Ginger Forsayeth (Mike predeceased). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family will receive friends at the Zion United Church in Sundridge on Saturday, June 17, 202 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel.

If desired, donations to the Parkinson Canada or Eastholme Home for the Aged would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
