Ferne Baxter

MRS. FERNE LILLIAN "GAMMY" BAXTER of South River Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday October 23, 2013 in her 87th year. Ferne was the beloved wife of the late Bill Baxter for 49 years. Loving mother to Steve Baxter (Joanne). She will be sadly missed by her granddaughters Lindsay (Shawn) and Amy (Kris). A private family service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Ferne Baxter will be conducted at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge. Interment at the South River Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family. "Forever in our hearts. Love you Gammy."
