MRS. EVELYN WALKER of Sundridge Peacefully surrounded with love at Woodhaven Nursing Home in Markham on Monday November 28, 2016 in her 81st year. Evelyn Walker (nee Willoughby), beloved wife of 57 years of the late Jim Walker. Dear mother of Katharine Flynn, Elaine Campbell (Todd), John Walker, Jim Walker (Julie) and Janice Elliott (Ken). Loving grandmother of Erin, Dana, Zack, T.J., Mitch, Lily-Anne, Jacob and great grandmother of 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brother Bill Willoughby. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Wednesday November 30, 2016 from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Evelyn Walker will follow in the chapel at 1:00 P.M. with the Reverend Rick Callery officiating. Interment at the Strong Cemetery in Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
