MRS. DONABEL MINOR Formerly of Lount Township Peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital-Scollard site on Tuesday January 11, 2011 in her 87th year. Donabel Minor (nee Robertson), beloved wife of the late Harvey Minor. Dear mother of Gary Minor (Noreen) of Callander, Patricia White (Bruce) of Burlington, Ralph Minor (Cathy) of North Bay, Martin Minor (Barb) of Sundridge, Jeff Minor (Marg) of Sundridge and the late Earl Minor. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many friends in the area. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Friday January 14, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Donabel Minor will be conducted at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Sundridge on Saturday January 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Spring interment at the Deer Lake Lutheran Cemetery in Lount Township. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
