Passed away peacefully at the Huntsville Hospital on Monday, September 18, 2023, he was in his 80th year.  Beloved husband of Carolyn Evans (nee Penney).  Cherished father of Ron (Cyndee), Christine (Bo), Janice (John) and Norman (Cristina).  Proud grandfather of Ethan, Alyssa, Adam, Drea, Miles, Max, Julianna, Nathaniel, Gabriel and great-granddaughter Violet.  Lovingly remembered by his siblings Dennis (Joy), Suzanne (Will predeceased) and Nancy (Steve predeceased).  David is predeceased by his parents Ronald & Mae-Marie Evans.   He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium and a private internment will take place at later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Opatovsky Funeral Home – Dempster Chapel.
