Dear father of Tonia Schell (Jason) and Tara McKnight (Christopher). Loving Papa of Ariana and Isabelle. Fondly remembered by his many other relatives and friends. Arrangements for the late Dale Welch are being handled privately with the family and have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge.
