Catherine Vera Bagnell

Passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener on Monday, July 29, 2024, she was in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late William Bagnell. Cherished mother of Donna (Dave), Kathy, Mary Lou, Harry (Bernadette) and predeceased by her son Joseph Bagnell. Proud grandmother of Chantal, Cory, Melissa (Mike), Natasha, Kristopher (Jennifer), Ryan (Jess), Thomas (Michelle), Kaitlyn, Terra, Miranda (Braedon) Jason (Sarah) and Matthew (Krissie), plus her 18 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by her siblings Edna, Marylou (SIL) predeceased by Joe, Ethel, Mable, Roy, Joyce and Pearl. A special thank you to the Doctors and nurses at St. Mary’s for the amazing care they provided. 

Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home -Dempster Chapel on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 11 am. Burial will take place in the family plot at Midlothian Cemetery following the service. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
