Carol Smith

Passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, June 9, 2025, she was in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Smith. Cherished mother of Cindy (Donnie), Steve (late Sarah), Yvonne (Brad), John, William (Tammy) and Marsha (Brent). Proud grandmother of Braeden, Tori, Sydney, Trinity and Hunter. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel on Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 6-8pm. Memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Followed by the interment at South River Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
