formerly of Burk’s Falls, North Bay and Sudbury

Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Thursday March 10, 2022. Calvin Webber, beloved husband of the late Theresa (St.Amour) married fifty years and the late Adeline (Boudreau). Dear father of Brian (Kaarina), Sheldon (Marlene), Keith (Terri) and Curtis (Denise).
Proud grandfather of Jennifer (Mark) Jeffrey (Carolyne)
Misty (Jason). Proud great grandfather of Brooke, Ryker, Jasper, Tanner and Noah.
Dear son of the late Josh and Ina Webber.
Calvin was predeceased by his sister Jean Cuthbertson (Al) and his brother Murray (Eva). He will be missed by the Carlson extended family and friends.
Calvin was born in Burk’s Falls, married Theresa in North Bay and lived many years in Sudbury where he operated Macdonald Beverages. He enjoyed many happy years camping and fishing at Lakair Lodge and hunting for partridge.
A special thank you to Dr. King and the staff at Eastholme for their kind and dedicated care. Also, to Carol from Near North Bereavement Care Services for her regular visits. They meant so much to our Dad.
A graveside service to celebrate Calvin’s life will be held in the Burk’s Falls Cemetery, 33 Pegg’s Mountain Road in Burk’s Falls on Friday May 13, 2022, at 2 pm with Reverend Steven Smith officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls.
If desired, memorial donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
