Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville on Saturday, April 15, 2023, he was in his 92nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Velma Reid (nee Wilson) & Audrey Reid (nee Murison).  Cherished father of Helen (Bill), Carl (Cathy), Miles (Donna), Ken (Mary), Glenn (Karen), Stan (Kim) and Juanita.  Proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Lovingly remembered by his sister Violet Robbins (Mel predeceased).  Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home- Dempster Chapel on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m.  Funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11 a.m.  A private burial will take place at Sprucedale United Cemetery at a later date.
