Allan Ronald Maki

Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice on Friday September 19, 2025. Allan Maki, beloved husband of Hope (nee Fetterley), was in his 83rd year.

Dear father of Carol Maki, Debbie Schmidt (Brian) and Allan Maki (Cheryl).

Proud grandfather of Kimberley, Christopher (Tina), Sarah, Michael, Kelly (Matt), Hailey (Tim).

Great grandfather of Gabrielle, Scott, Matthew, and Madison.

Allan is survived by his sister Sylvia Romanko and predeceased by his siblings Eddie, Shirley, Paul, Wayne and will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.

The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Saturday October 4, 2025, from 10 to 11am. A graveside service will follow in the Royston Cemetery commencing at 12:00pm.
