MR. ALBERT "BERT" HAYWARD (Of South River) Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Sunday December 12, 2010 in his 96th year. Bert Hayward, beloved husband of Vena Lillie Hayward (nee Pillsworth) of South River. Dear father of Wayne (Anita) of Nebraska, June Risk of South River, Bruce (Dorothy) of Michigan and Gordon (Glenda) of Georgia. Loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Cherished brother-in-law of Gladys Pillsworth. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Bert Hayward will be conducted at the Seventh-day Adventist Church on Bunker Hill Road in South River on Saturday December 18, 2010 at 2:30 P.M. with the Pastor Fred Irish and the Pastor Oleg Khigankov officiating. Spring interment at the South River Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to ADRA or the charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge.
