MRS. AGNES MOORE Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Sunday September 16, 2012. Mrs. Agnes Moore, beloved wife of the late Frederick Moore was in her 88th year. Loving mother of Charles Moore (Bev) and the late Barb Simpson (Chuck). Cherished grandmother of Curt, Krista, Vicki and Tara. Proud great grandmother of Taylor, Dusty, Cole, Brayden, Grayson, Claire, Mason, Amanda, Ray, Tianna, Tommy and Clayton. Agnes will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Wednesday September 19, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Agnes Moore will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 19, 2012 with Maureen Ellison officiating. Interment of ashes in the Burk's Falls Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville would be sincerely appreciated by the family
