MRS. ADELENE BERYL COWLING Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday January 1, 2013. Mrs. Adelene Cowling, beloved wife of the late Jack Cowling, was in her 87th year. Dear mother of Doug Cowling (Annette) of Cambridge, Diane Cowling of Hamilton, Debbie Salter (Malcolm) of Sundridge and David Cowling of Burk's Falls. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Adelene is predeceased by her great granddaughter Pamela Weston. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Thursday January 3, 2013 from 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Cowling will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Friday January 4, 2013 with Reverend Joan Smith officiating. Spring interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Renal Clinic at the North Bay Regional Health Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
