Suddenly at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Saturday October 12, 2019.  Andy, beloved husband of Monica, was in his 56th year.
Loving father of Jessie (Matt).
Dear son of Al and the late Evelyn Rhodes.
Andy is survived by his brothers: Dan (Leo), Mike (Joanne) and sisters: Dawn (Tim) and Nancy (Ori).
Beloved uncle of Jake (Emily), Hayden, Hannah and Tyler.
Andy will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
The family will receive visitors to celebrate Andy’s life in a time of informal sharing from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday October 19, 2019 at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls.
